Gabriel & Daniel Oatmeal: A Story of Health, Family, and Purpose The journey of Gabriel & Daniel Oatmeal started in the heart of a mother dedicated to improving the lives of her children. Berlinda Torres, a family physician and mother to two boys, Gabriel and Daniel, who are both on the autism spectrum, found herself on a mission when she noticed the profound impact of healthy eating on her sons. Gabriel and Daniel showed significant improvements when they shifted to healthier, gluten-free food options, and this discovery sparked a much larger vision. Fueled by her love for her boys and her background in healthcare, Berlinda founded G&D Wellness LLC, the parent company of Gabriel & Daniel Oatmeal. What started as a personal quest to provide wholesome, nutritious food for her family has grown into a larger initiative to share these benefits with others. The company now produces gluten-free organic oatmeal and hot cereal products that promote health and wellness, not only for families with similar dietary needs but for anyone seeking clean, quality ingredients in their meals. But Gabriel & Daniel Oatmeal is more than just food—it’s about creating opportunities. Inspired by her sons’ challenges and the broader autism community, Berlinda’s mission extends beyond health. She is committed to creating job opportunities for individuals with disabilities, ensuring that everyone, regardless of ability, has a place in the workforce.
