Located in the heart of the elegant Condamine district; The Monaco Distillery is the only distillery in Monaco. We strive to offer an authentic taste of the emblematic Principality with our artisanal collection of liquors, spirits and brandies. Using artisanal methods and selecting only the best local raw materials, we produce exclusive liquors and spirits truly inspired by the colors, aromas and flavors of Monaco. With each sip, you will be transported to the azure shores of the Mediterranean, where the waves gently caress your feet and where time passes more slowly on balmy summer evenings. The Monaco Distillery may be the first and only distillery in Monaco, but in the past, this emblematic Principality was agricultural land. Long before tourism, yachts and the Grand Prix, citrus production was a pillar of the local economy and the Principality was renowned for its numerous delicate and Mediterranean fruits. These sunny citrus fruits were exchanged for rum by seafarers on merchant ships seeking to avoid scurvy during long trips to the Americas. These ships were moored in the shelter of Monaco's famous Port Hercules - the port that, according to local legend, was created by the powerful Hercules.
