I love this brand and their products. The last three orders though I have had issues with. DHL claimed to have delivered an order on Sunday and I never received it. This order was allegedly delivered on August 2nd and also was not received. I was forced to go with another supplier because I personally consume Shilajit. Everyone at this company has been very kind and I have been ordering their Shilajit for years. I am frustrated that orders are not being received.

Shocking and way below par service from this company. Twice I was told the conking had delivered my items, twice I was let down. It's taken over a month to cancel this order, and I still haven't got my money back. Stay clear.

Hi Peter, your order was delivered only 3 weeks late and we added 50% extra for the trouble you experienced. As explained there was a problem at the shop where we deliver our FEDEX parcels from, we now use Royal mail and have had no issues since. I would politely ask you to amend or remove your review this is our only bad review from all of our customers and I feel it is unfair as you did receive your parcel albeit some delay but with extra free products.
