About Les Mijoteurs

Basile and Sacha are parents of a little boy Levi, and a little girl Charlie. At a very young age, they followed their parents' footsteps in the restaurant industry and decided to train at the Hotel School in Souillac 12 years ago. Basile started right away as a caterer after graduating from high school and Sacha created his own restaurant with his brother. Three years later, they decided to join forces and continue the catering project in Saint-Sozy hand in hand. Having started a family, they realized how precious time was and that's how the idea of a range of delicious dishes cooked in individual jars or to share was born. Making dishes that normally take a long time to prepare at home accessible to everyone, is the goal of Simmerers. Read their story
