Our broths are made from scratch - concentrates, no preservatives, no shortcuts. Brodo was founded by Chef Marco Canora, out of the window of this award winning East Village NYC Restaurant. Chef Marco Canora always wanted to offer something special from his tiny takeout window. The right idea eventually stuck: delicious bone broth, served up like coffee in a to-go cup. 5 million cups later, we are going strong! After 10 years, our latest product line is designed so that you and your customers can enjoy these delicious, made from scratch broths in the comfort of home. We hope you love them as much as we do.
