Fig & Dove is a line of holiday décor and gifts featuring beautifully designed, handcrafted items, curated by Colleen Waguespack, a visionary interior designer. Each piece is a work of art, a collected treasure meant to complement the well-appointed home. Through custom collaborations with artisans across the country, Fig & Dove offers couture holiday décor for your home. Fig & Dove founder Colleen Waguespack graduated from the LSU School of Interior Design in 1997, and worked as a project designer for commercial architecture firms designing corporate interiors for ten years in Washington, D.C. After moving back to Louisiana, Colleen joined Holden and Dupuy Interiors based out of New Orleans. In 2016, she launched her own Interiors practice through Colleen Waguespack Interiors. For years, as clients had asked Holden and Dupuy to help decorate their homes for the holidays, Colleen struggled to find ready-made holiday décor that complemented the elegant interiors of her clients' homes. Colleen approached artisans with whom she had previously collaborated, knowing the quality of their workmanship, as well as their fabrics, would ensure that the educated shopper understood the collectible quality of the new product line. In 2015, Fig & Dove was launched as a curated holiday collection to fill the void she saw in the market and will set a new standard for holiday décor that is reflective of the lifestyle of today's refined shopper.Read their story
