We love exploring images of objects and food and finding new ways to represent hobbies, passions, and things that make you point and say "That's so me!". I have wanted to order the ornaments for awhile. Finally ordered them and they are unbelievably cute!!! Fantastic detail! My only disappointment was we didn’t receive the Library Check Out Card Ornament. 🙁

The quality of the products were fantastic. I was a bit disappointed in the fulfillment, it took much much longer than expected to even ship, and therefore a large majority of the products I purchased missed the season I wanted to sell them in. I would have appreciated better communication regarding timeline upfront, or even an acknowledgement of major delay (ordered the items 2.5 weeks before the holiday, and received them a month after holiday).

Hi Stephanie, I'm sorry you had a negative experience. Honestly, there is no excuse except to say once in a while I drop the ball. As a one-woman show I definitely don't run a perfect business and I am always looking for ways to improve. Most of the time Drawn Goods orders go out within the 8-10 day lead time without a hitch, I'm sorry that wasn't the case for your holiday order. A single review can effect me personally and financially quite a bit and I do wish you had reached out to discuss the issue with me first so I could have tried to rectify the situation.
