Ol' Gringo Chile Company was born in 1992 to a farming family in their home kitchen amid the world renowned Hatch Chile Fields in Southern New Mexico. The gourmet red and green chile cooking sauces they produced were an instant hit among local consumers because they possessed the rich earthy Hatch chile flavors their valley is known for. Three decades later, production of their signature sauces has moved to a small factory not far from where it began. And the product line has expanded to include award-winning salsas. Ol' Gringo Chile Company remains a small gourmet, non-automated processing facility that meets all the production requirements of a large factory. It sources ingredients locally when it can.
