About El Ronqueo
Centuries ago, the best tunas that gave rise to the birth of the canning industry are caught in the Barbate trap. El Ronqueo is a fish canning factory where we make artisanal preserves. In addition, we have put into production a line of organic preserves made with almadraba bluefin tuna in addition to our different recipes for canned tuna. In our fish and seafood canning factory we manually produce delicatessen preserves and gourmet preserves for hotels, restaurants and distribution. What makes Barbate's canned food unique is their raw material. Not only are bluefin tuna fished on our coasts, but you can also fish for tunas such as the yellowfin, which is the one with which we make the vast majority of our canned fish.
