I feel that the products were stale and tasted awful. Her response was some what nice but acted like she wasn't concerned. She is blaming it on shipping when in fact it was her packaging and shipping has nothing to do with how they were crammed in the box and made them melt. They were dry and cracked and if you look at the texture it was old looking. Shipping does not make that happen. She wants to turn this into the shipping company and its not their fault. That speaks volumes of how they work
