The Acqua & Farina Srl Company was founded in Montecorvino Pugliano and over the years it has become the market leader in the Salerno area with regard to fresh baked goods and derivatives under the Montella brand. The company, founded as a producer of fresh bread for retailers in the area, has grown over time thanks to a wide and varied offer, becoming one of the first and most important bakeries in the whole of Campania. The constant attention to raw materials and a service that is always punctual and attentive, have transformed the Montella bakery into a recognized, appreciated and recognizable reality, thanks also to its simple and effective packaging. For years, the Montella bakery has increased its production, differentiating and using different types of flours in line with the dictates of a healthy and correct diet. Thus, we find breads with “00” flours, semolina flour, bran flour, bread without salt, bread with soy flour, milk, oil and spelt. But not only that.
