Maison Noirot takes you on a tour of the regions of France for a very gourmet pastry experience. Our priority for this recipe was to recreate the faithful taste of chestnut cream, sweet and fragrant, which evokes the authentic flavors of autumn. Originally from Ardèche, this smooth puree is made with chestnuts (and not horse chestnuts!).
