For decades, the pharmacist family Jagla has been using medieval monastic recipes and traditional herbalism to develop and manufacture three high-percentage herbal bitters* (artichoke, ginseng, maca elixir), a seasonal spice liqueur with mulled wine herbs, a sugar-free ginseng gin and an alcohol-free hibiscus aperitif. Pharmacists macerate these carefully ripened herbal specialities under the Berlin brand “Dr. Jaglas” using exquisite bitter seeds, fine spices and essential oils — still by hand today.
