The Product info (.csv) file contains product and order details, while the Photos (.zip) file contains product images from the selected orders.

When you export product information from your orders, the Product info (.csv) spreadsheet includes key product and order details such as:

How do I export product information from multiple orders?

1. Sign in to your Faire account.
   
2. Go to Orders.
   
3. Select Download orders on the right side of the page.
   
4. Choose the order timeframe:
   • Last 7 days
   • Last 14 days
   • Last 30 days
   • Last year
   • All orders
   • Custom date range
     
5. Choose the export format:
   • Product info (.csv) – downloads a spreadsheet that includes product and order details such as SKU, product name, pricing, and image URLs.
   • Photos (.zip) – downloads a compressed folder containing product images from the selected orders.
   • Both – downloads both the Product info (.csv) spreadsheet and the Photos (.zip) image folder into a single .zip
     

How do I export product information from a single order?

You can also export product information directly from an individual order on the Orders page, or you can download the order details immediately after placing an order on the post-order confirmation page.

1. Sign in to your Faire account.

   • Go to Orders.
   • Open the order you want to export.
   • Select Download.
     
3. From the post order confirmation page
   • After placing an order select Download order details
     
4. Choose the export format:
   • Product info (.csv) – downloads a spreadsheet with product details for that order.
   • Photos (.zip) – downloads a compressed folder containing product images from the order.
   • Both – downloads both the Product info (.csv) spreadsheet and the Photos (.zip) image folder into a single .zip

How do I use exported product data with my POS system?

Different POS systems support product imports in different ways.

• Many POS systems allow you to upload via csv. This means you can use the product information we provide to easily build a custom CSV with only the desired information, and then upload it into your POS
  
• Some POS systems support image URLs. In this case, you can use the image URLs included in the Product info (.csv) file when importing your product catalog.
  
• Other POS systems require images to be uploaded separately. You may need to upload the image files first, then link them to the correct products in your POS system.
