Your Brands List is your single destination to track, reorder, and stay up to date with all the brands you love and order from on Faire.
Where can I find my Brands List?
You’ll be able to find your Brands List tab from the drop-down menu in your Faire portal. Click the person icon in the top right-hand corner of your portal. Once you see the drop-down menu, your Brands List will be located just after your Favorites tab.
What you’ll find in your Brands List
Your Brands List allows you to:
1. Access the Exclusivity page
If a brand participates in Faire's exclusivity program, you'll see a link to their Exclusivity page. This page explains how you can become the only Faire stockist of that brand's products in your area by committing to the brand's required annual spend.
2. Preview New Products
Get a quick look at the brand's newest items.
3. Reorder previously purchased items
Use the side arrow to scroll to the end of the New Products list, then select Shop All to see everything you've previously ordered from that brand, including the option to reorder. If you have an integration connected to your account, you'll also see current inventory levels for that brand's products on the left-hand side.
How do I follow brands?
You’ll have the ability to follow brands by visiting their shop page and clicking the Follow button on the top of the page to be able to follow them and receive any updates. Once you take this action, you’ll be able to find the brand you’ve followed in your Favorites tab in the drop-down menu within your portal.
Where can I find brands I follow?
You’ll find the list of brands you follow by selecting the personicon in the top right-hand corner of your portal and clicking the Favorites tab from the drop-down menu.
This will direct you to your Saved Products boards and Following page. You’ll be able to toggle between the two categories to review the products and brands that you’ve been saving.
How to save products to a board?
You can create a new board by:
- Clicking your Account icon
- Selecting the Favorites section
- Choosing Create Board from the page that loads
Once you've created a new board this way, you can favorite individual items to it using the heart icon on any product listing.
Additionally, you can click on the Change pop-up that appears after you heart a product, and this will open up another pop-up window where you can choose an existing board or create a new one to save the product to.
All of the items that you heart, will be accessed through your Favorites section, listed under Saved Products.
Can I save a product to Multiple Boards?
No, at this time, this option is not available.
Is there a limit to the boards I can create?
There’s no limit; you can create as many boards as you can.
