Faire is running a limited-time offer with select US retailers during spring 2026. Retailers who opt in and meet their personalised spend goal will receive 5% back in Faire credit, fully funded by Faire.
How does the 5% back sitewide offer work?
The offer runs from April 2 to June 30, 2026, for a limited group of US retailers.
Eligible retailers can opt in by April 16, 2026, and each will receive a personalised spend goal based on their past order activity. If a retailer reaches their goal by the end of the promotional period, they will receive 5% back in Faire credit by August 14, 2026. If they don't reach their goal, there is no penalty—they simply won't receive the credit.
This offer applies to all eligible orders participating retailers place during the program, including orders from your brand. Any credit retailers earn can be used sitewide — with your brand or any other brand on Faire.
Do I need to do anything for my retailers to participate?
No, you don't need to take any action. The offer is fully funded and managed by Faire. If a retailer is eligible, they'll see the offer on their Faire homepage and can opt in directly. If they don't see the offer, they aren't part of the eligible group and can't be manually added.
How do retailers know if they are eligible?
Eligible retailers will see a banner about the offer on their Faire homepage. They'll also receive an email invitation with instructions to opt in. Brands cannot add retailers to the program.
Will I see this offer reflected in my orders?
No. Orders placed as part of the offer will appear the same as any other order from your perspective. The 5% back reward is issued to retailers as Faire credit after the program ends.
What if my retailer asks me about this offer?
You can share the following information with them: it's a spring program funded by Faire and offered to a select group of US retailers. Eligible retailers may earn 5% back in Faire credit if they opt in and reach their personalized goal. If they have questions about their eligibility or progress, they should contact Faire Support directly.
How will retailers be able to use their Faire credit once granted?
If a retailer meets their goal and qualifies for the 5% back reward, the credit will be issued to their Faire account by August 14, 2026. This credit will automatically apply toward future orders placed on Faire, including with your brand. Retailers can use the credit sitewide with any brand on Faire, and it will be deducted from their order total at checkout.
