Who can participate?
Faire Source is a beta program. At this time, only select Insiders in the continental United States can place Faire Source orders.
If Faire Source is available to you, you will see “Faire Source” in your category navigation dropdown in the top left corner when you are logged into your Faire account, under “Featured Brands”.
Is there an order minimum?
There is a $100 minimum to place an order from Faire Source, and that minimum may be reached by ordering products from one or more participating brands.
Can I mix brands in a single Faire Source order?
Yes! Faire Source orders can include products from any participating brands.
What do I pay for shipping?
Shipping on Faire Source orders is covered by Insider free shipping.
How fast will my order ship?
We expect most orders to ship within 7 days.
Some brands’ items may be outside the scope of Faire Source (e.g., custom, back orders), and may ship separately or have longer lead times.
What brands are included?
Faire Source is a pilot and that’s why there are a limited number of participating brands.
Participating brands will be tagged with “Faire Source” on their brand page. These brands have opted into the program, and may change at any time.
If an order is eligible for Faire Source benefits, the status will be indicated in your cart during checkout. Examples of when Faire Source does not apply include:
- The relevant products are part of Faire’s “Sale Collections” inventory
What if my Insider membership ends?
You can only place Faire Source orders as an active Insider.
If your membership ends you will be able to order from participating brands individually, but you will not be eligible for Faire Source or Insider benefits.
Any Faire Source orders you placed prior to your membership lapsing will be fulfilled as ordered.
How are the costs of Faire Source benefits covered?
Faire covers most of the cost for Faire Source benefits, including free shipping. On some orders, brands will cover the costs if they have a Faire Direct relationship with you (meaning, they pay 0% commission to Faire when they receive orders from you).
Faire reserves the right to modify or cancel the Faire Source program at any time.
Faire, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently terminate brands and retailers from participating in the Faire Source program and suspend or terminate your Faire Source benefits. For example, we may take such action in the event of fraud, error, or or if you violate the Faire Terms of Service. If your Faire account is terminated or suspended for any reason, you will no longer be able to participate in Faire Source and all related benefits will cease.
