How does the 5% back sitewide offer work?

In this guide

This offer gives eligible retailers 5% back in Faire credit if they opt in by April 15, 2026, and hit their personalised spend goal during the offer period.

  • The program runs from April 2 to June 30, 2026.
  • If eligible, you can opt in between April 2 and April 16.
  • Your spend goal is based on information about your store, including past order history.
  • Participation is completely optional and risk-free.
  • If you reach your goal by June 30, your reward will be issued as Faire credit by August 14, 2026.
  • If you don't reach your goal by June 30, there is no penalty—you simply won't be issued Faire credit. It's risk-free to opt in.

Who is eligible for the offer?

This challenge is available to select US retailers. If you're eligible, you'll see the offer on your Faire homepage, and we'll also email you with more details.

How do I enroll in the offer?

If you're eligible, you'll see the offer on your Faire homepage, and we'll also email you with more details.
To enroll:

  1. Select See offer details from your Faire homepage or your email invitation.
  2. Click on Enroll risk-free. You'll be able to do this between April 2 and April 16.

Can I be enrolled if I missed the deadline to opt in?

You can enroll in the challenge anytime between April 2 and April 16, 2026. After that, enrollment will be closed.

If you're eligible, you'll see the offer on your Faire homepage and receive an email invitation if you are opted into our marketing emails.

How was my spend goal calculated?

Your goal is personalized based on your recent ordering trends on Faire.

  • Goals are based on your ordering history and are set to reflect what your spend could be if you did more of your buying on Faire.
  • We may also look at your more recent ordering trends to ensure the goal feels achievable.

We know not every retailer has the same business rhythm, and we don't expect you to spend more than makes sense for your store. This goal is simply meant to guide you and help you see where Faire could support more of your buying.

Can my spend goal be lowered?

No, once your goal for the 5% back offer is set, it can't be adjusted. Goals are based on your past ordering activity and designed to reflect what could be achievable for your business. Even if you don't reach your goal, there's no penalty– it's risk-free to opt in.

What counts toward my spend goal?

To count toward your spend goal, orders must meet all the following:

  • Placed and confirmed by the brand between April 2 and June 30, 2026
  • Shipped no later than July 15, 2026
  • Not cancelled or returned

Your eligible spend is based on the net value of those orders—not the total amount paid. Learn more here.

Faire may adjust your eligible spend or disqualify certain orders if there is suspected misuse. This includes revoking credits if items are returned after the program ends.

For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions.

What doesn’t count toward my goal?

The following won't count toward your goal:

  • Discounts and credits: any promotions, Faire credits, or other credits used.
  • Returns and cancellations: items that are returned or cancelled, even if they were originally ordered during the challenge.
  • Orders fulfilling after the challenge: orders scheduled to ship after June 30, 2026, including preorders and scheduled orders with a fulfilment date outside the challenge period.
  • Extra costs: Taxes, shipping fees, import charges, and other added costs.

We may also adjust your eligible spend or exclude certain orders if we detect misuse or a policy violation during the challenge. For more information, visit our Terms & Conditions.

What happens if some of my orders are canceled by brands?

Orders that are canceled—whether by you or the brand—won’t count toward your spend goal during the offer period (October 1 to December 31).

If a cancellation near the end of your goal period causes you to just miss your spend goal, we’ll take a more flexible approach. Our team plans to account for cases where one or a few canceled orders may have prevented you from reaching your goal, especially when those cancellations are out of your control and occur last minute.

After the offer ends, we may review retailers with a high number of cancellations if orders are cancelled after the offer period. If needed, we’ll evaluate whether those cancellations were legitimate and apply our Terms & Conditions, to decide how they affect your goal status.

What happens if I don’t hit my goal?

There's no penalty if you don't reach your spend target. You simply won't receive the 5% back in Faire credit.

How can I make progress toward my goal?

The offer period is a great opportunity to consolidate purchases you were already planning to make and to discover new products and brands to round out your assortment.

Orders from any brand on Faire count toward your goal, and credit you earn can be used to shop with any brand on Faire.

If you're subscribed to marketing emails, you'll may also receive nudges and reminders about your goal and time remaining in the offer.

Can I request an extension?

We understand that the set period of the challenge may not work for everyone. Unfortunately, we're not able to grant any extension or adjustment to the spend challenge.

How will my 5% reward credit be applied?

If you reach your goal, you'll receive your Faire credit by August 14, 2026.

You'll get an email once it's available in your account.

Can I use my credit reward with any brand on Faire?

Yes, you can use your credit reward with any brand on Faire. The reward will be added to your account as Faire credit and will be automatically applied at checkout on any Faire orders you place.

Is there a cap on the credit rebate amount?

No, there’s no cap. You’ll earn a 5% rebate in Faire credit on the amount you spend on qualifying orders —even if you exceed your goal by a large amount.

Where can I track my spend progress?

You can track your progress on your Faire homepage, where your spend-to-date and reward status will be updated throughout the challenge period.

Can I opt out of the offer if I change my mind?

No, you won't be able to opt out once you've joined. Since there's no financial cost to participate, you can simply ignore any in-portal nudges during the challenge.

You can see more details in our Terms & Conditions, effective April 2, 2026.
