Where do I see if a brand promotion is available?
If a brand is running a promotion, you’ll see a banner with the promotion details displayed at the top of the brand’s shop page. These banners may highlight offers like percent-off discounts, free shipping, and order minimum requirements. Additionally, you’ll see the promotion in your cart if your order was eligible for the offer.
Brand promotions are managed by each brand, so offers may vary.
Can I ask a brand if they’re offering a promotion?
Yes, you can message the brand directly to ask questions about promotions they may be running or if they have plans to run promotions in the future.
To contact a brand:
- Go to the brand’s shop page.
- Select the Message icon in the upper-right corner of the brand’s shop page.
- Enter your message about their promotions or discounts and select Send message.
Brands may choose to share if they’re planning to run special offers, or offer clarification on their promotional details.
