You can request for unlisted products to be added to a brands page on Faire if there is a product that they do not currently sell on Faire. This will send a message to the brand on your behalf prompting the brand to add these products to Faire so you can order them.
How do I request unlisted products?
When viewing a brands storefront on Faire, you can request unlisted products in three different ways
by:
- clicking the '...' at the top of the brands page and selecting 'request unlisted product'
- scrolling to the bottom of their products page and clicking the 'request unlisted product' button located below the last line of products on the brands page
- scrolling to the bottom of the left navigation bar and clicking 'request unlisted product'
Here you will be prompted to enter the following information:
- Product name/description
- Product URL
- Quantity
When you have filled this in, click ‘Send request’.
This will send a message on your behalf to the brand requesting these products to be added to their Faire page. From here, the brand can add these products to their page and let you know once they have, or will let you know if they are unable to add these products at this time.
If the brand has opted to add these products to their Faire page, you will be able to add these to cart and check out with the brand. Please note that the brand’s order minimum will still apply.
