As of May 5, 2025, we are testing retail concierge – a new way for a select group of retailers to get support when ordering on Faire. This service offers priority customer support from dedicated agents who know your store and can help find your next bestseller, get the best prices when placing orders, and answer any questions along the way.

Retail concierge gives you:
- Priority support as soon as you need it: Your team will respond to your emails within an hour and work directly with specialized Faire team members behind the scenes to quickly address your needs.
- Personalized recommendations: Your team will offer brand and product recommendations unique to your store to help you discover your next bestseller.
- Expert tips to get the best prices and terms on Faire: We’ll help you make the most of Faire’s benefits — from Insider free shipping to extended terms limits — so you get the best value when you order on Faire.

- Share a few details about what you need help with
- Our Virtual Assistant will provide an answer or, if needed, connect you to live retail concierge chat during operating hours

- If you need help outside of retail concierge hours, you can still email concierge@faire.com anytime! A member of the concierge team will get back to you during their regular business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 AM–8 PM EST).
Why is retail concierge being offered?
- We are testing new ways to help retailers get more value when shopping on Faire – while making it easier to place orders and find products that are a great fit for your store. If successful, we hope to expand this program to more retailers.
Is retail concierge offered on North American holidays?
- No, retail concierge support is not available on North American holidays.
