Thank you for your interest in participating in Faire’s buyback program (the “Buyback Program”). In order to participate, you must agree to the terms and conditions below. If you do not agree, you may not participate.
Overview
The Buyback Program allows brands to buy back their inventory that was returned by retailers after purchase on Faire. The repurchase price is at a 30% discount from the original wholesale price.
Payment process
When you participate in the Buyback Program, Faire will automatically charge the applicable repurchase price of all of your returned products from your payment account on file. This deduction will occur when the products are delivered back to you. Return shipping costs will be covered by Faire. If products are missing or damaged, you can report this in your account portal and the applicable amounts will be refunded to your payment account (Faire reserves the right to require evidence of damaged or missing products in its discretion).
Cancellation
You may cancel your participation in the buyback program through your account portal. Returns that were initiated by a retailer before you were removed from the Buyback Program will still be included, and as a result, you may receive buyback shipments for a period of time after cancellation.
Additional terms and conditions
- Certain brand and/or orders may not qualify to participate. For example, international brand buy-backs and US-based PO addresses are unsupported at this time.
- In some cases, returns may be canceled if a retailer opts to keep the product after initiating a return. In such instances, you will not be able to repurchase this inventory.
- Any found issues within the buyback return must be reported within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Retailers are permitted to return purchased products on first-time orders.
- Faire may end this buyback program at any time in its sole discretion.
- You represent and warrant that you intend to resell any repurchased merchandise in accordance with the terms and conditions of your applicable resale license.
