You can find details about where a product will be shipped from directly on the product page or the brands shop page:
- When viewing a product page: locate the Shipping & policies section to view the brands shipping location.
- When viewing a brand's shop page: locate the About tab and navigate to the Information section to see the brands Ships from location.
- Locate the Shipping details link to see the estimated delivery, and the country the brand ships from.
If you have specific questions about shipping locations, you can also reach out to the brand directly through Faire messenger for more details about where they ship their products from.
Why is my order shipping from a different country from where the brand's business is based?
A brand’s location listed on Faire represents where their business is based, but this may not always match their shipping location. Brands may ship orders from different locations for various reasons including:
- Warehouses & fulfillment centers: Brands may ship from third-party warehouses or fulfillment centers instead of their business location.
- Multiple locations: Some brands operate from different locations and may ship from the most convenient one.
- International shipping: A brand based in one country may have inventory stored elsewhere for faster delivery.
