After you add items to your cart, you can choose to checkout, or make changes.
Do I have to check out my whole cart at once?
No, you can choose to check out an order with one brand, or all brands in your cart. To place an order with one brand, select Proceed to checkout next to the brand’s name. This allows you to order from each brand individually.
To checkout all brands in your cart, scroll to the bottom and select Checkout all brands.
Can I save items for later?
If you’re not ready to check out items in your cart, you can save items for later. Select Show details under the brand name in your cart and then select Save for later. This will move the items from the Brands in cart tab, to your Saved for later tab. You can move items to your cart whenever you’re ready to order those items.
Can I change item quantities in my cart?
Yes! To change the quantity of the product you’d like to order, select Show details next to the brand’s name. Below the product, adjust the quantity using the dropdown menu. Once the new quantity is selected, your cart will automatically update.
For quantities over 9, select the 9+ option in the quantity field, then type the number of items you’d like to purchase. If the number you enter doesn’t match the brand’s case size, we’ll automatically adjust this to the closest quantity available.
What happens if a brand updates a product while it’s in my cart?
If a brand makes a change to a product that’s in your cart, we’ll prompt you to refresh the page to display the updated information. Brands may change case sizes, pricing, or other details as needed. If you have any questions about the change, you can reach out to the brand on Faire messenger.
