Can I make changes to my order?

After you’ve placed an order, there isn’t a way to directly edit it. Brands can edit your order anytime before shipment, as long as they haven’t already added tracking information.

Brands can make the following changes to your order:

  • Edit shipping address or shipping date
  • Modify or add promotions
  • Add or remove items
  • Adjust item quantities

If you’d like to make a change after you’ve placed the order, check your Orders page to make sure the order hasn’t already shipped. If it hasn’t, you can reach out to the brand through Faire messenger to request the changes.
