The full name of this sparkling wine is too long, but let's say it anyway: Bonjardim Quality Sparkling Wine, Méthode Champagnoise, Brut Natural, Reserva, Rosé. It is a dry rosé sparkling wine with light acidity and a fine sparkle. The grape variety is Baga, the most noble grape for sparkling wines in Portugal. It is Reserva, because it is made from our rosé wine of the year 2015. ‘Brut natural’ because no sugar was added after the second fermentation. Only 1756 bottles were produced, honoring the year in which Bonjardim wine estate was founded.
