How do I schedule an order?


In this guide


Our scheduled orders feature allows you to choose your desired ship date up to 6 months in advance with participating brands. Scheduling orders is currently only available when placing orders using your desktop computer.

To schedule an order:

  1. Add the items to your cart and proceed to Checkout.
  2. Select Choose ship date and choose the Schedule ship date option.
  3. Within the Select future date window choose the date on the calendar you'd like your order to ship.
  4. Select Save. The chosen date will now reflect the scheduled order date you selected from the calendar.
  5. Select Checkout this brand and complete the rest of the checkout process.

How do payments work for scheduled orders?

If you have net 60 payment terms, your payment terms will be deducted at the time your order ships. Your 60-day invoice window will also begin on the date your order ships. Please know that if you do not have available payment terms at the time of shipment, your order will be converted to Payment on Shipment terms.

If you have Payment on Shipment terms, you will be charged on shipment, the same as regular orders placed on Faire.
