Wholesale Dried Iblei rosemary

Rosemary leaves harvested from the pristine lands of the Iblei Mountains. Dried and carefully packaged to bring the aromas and flavors of tradition to your dishes. Our rosemary grows on the rocky and sunny lands of the Iblei Mountains, in the heart of Southeastern Sicily, where the cooperative L'Arcolaio has initiated the social farming activity Frutti degli Iblei. Here, young migrants, former prisoners, and other vulnerable people find a path to redemption and socio-occupational integration through the cultivation, harvesting, and processing of Mediterranean aromatic herbs.
