Coppola Corbarino Tomato Passata is made with selected Corbarino tomatoes, a native variety from the Campania region, specifically grown around Corbara, in the province of Salerno. These tomatoes are harvested between August and September when they are fully ripe. We do not add sugar, sweeteners, artificial flavors, thickeners, or firming agents. Packaged in a glass bottle with a tin cap.
