Directions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Brown 1lb hamburger meat, drain grease. Add mix & pasta to 2 * cups water. Bring to a boil. Cook approximately 10-15 minutes on high stirring frequently. Add 1 * 10 oz. can Rotel or diced tomatoes & 1 can ranch style beans or charro beans. Mix well, pour into an 8x8 casserole dish & top with crushed tortilla chips & grated cheese. Bake for 10 -15 minutes or until cheese is bubbly. Instapot Directions: Place ingredients into Instapot, with the sour cream/cream cheese on top of all ingredients. On manua,set to high for 6 minutes, then relase. Stir well and enjoy. Hamburger meat must be browned first.
