I placed an order for 24 Christmas stockings with the clear intention of having them personalized. I provided the required information by email as requested. However, three weeks later I was informed that my response was considered late and that my order had already shipped without personalization. This is very disappointing, as the sole reason for choosing your company was the personalization service. While the stockings are beautiful, I feel let down by the process.

The cream stocking were nice quality, and they sold right away. The checkered stocking would be considered bad quality for a Dollar Store. The top was not aligned to the Lowe hand, bunched in areas. The material was awful and thin. I wanted to send them back right away and they refunded me, which I am happy about and I donated them to the thrift store.
