Spoke to a lady last week she stated they were out of stock of a doll and would send me another one. I said totally fine. Myemployees received our order and didn’t realize I spoke to the lady so they did simple protocol and reported a missing item. The lady calls me this morning telling me I needed to get a grip on my employees and was so ugly on the phone. Which can be an easy fix.I suggest no one do business with these people. This is how they will treat you!!!!!!

It appears the seller is selling old inventory as the boxes looked dated and the dolls were not even attached in the boxes. Trouble with shipping and order cancellations they don't have the outfits as described and had trouble getting my refund after I was billed and never received the products. Appears to be accompany that is maybe home-based and a little outdated and not workable.
