Allergens – In capitals Made in an environment where other allergens are present. Method: Place the packet contents, including the sachet of flavouring, in a pan with 1500ml of cold water. Bring to the boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring regularly. Add extra water if required. Blend when peas are soft until the soup is smooth. Season to taste.
