Minestrone Soup Mix (GF/V) A gluten-free, vegan tomato flavoured soup mix with dried pasta & a mix of dried vegetables including potato, onion, cabbage & leek. There are 4 meals in each compostable tube. Just add water and cook in around 20 mins. All the stock, herbs, spices grains and veg are included. Super Simple, fuss free, easy to make wholesome food. Method: • Add the packet contents to 1500ml of cold water in a pan. • Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring frequently. • Add water to the original level, if required.
