Wholesale Openwork porcelain dessert plate – Mushroom and butterfly decoration – One-of-a-kind hand-painted piece – Tarasque 1999

There are plates that are not put on the table. This one sits on a shelf, hangs on a wall, and dominates the room by itself. The porcini in the center is painted with the precision of a botanical illustrator. The butterfly with mauve wings, set slightly to one side, seems to have chosen this spot by chance. Scalloped-rim plate, openwork rim with square cutwork highlighted in gold. Central decoration hand-painted: a porcini surrounded by wild blackberries, blue grapes, wildflowers and a mauve‑winged butterfly. Four cartouches on the rim with small polychrome floral bouquets on a background of gilded scrollwork. Pure white porcelain, bright gilding, perfect condition. Reverse with handwritten inscription Peint main, Tarasque Parisonnet, October 1999. Unique piece, dated and signed by its painter. No chips, gilding intact.
