Each item has been previously owned, aged, handled, displayed, stored, and preserved over time. As a result, natural wear, patina, surface variation, finish aging, oxidation, crazing, small marks, minor chips, age-related imperfections, and signs of prior use should be expected unless otherwise noted. We photograph and describe each piece as accurately as possible, and all photos are considered part of the item description. These are not newly manufactured goods, reproductions, or factory-perfect wholesale products. They are curated objects with age, history, and individual character. For fragile, oversized, or high-value pieces, shipping may require additional packing materials, dimensional weight adjustments, or freight coordination. We pack with care, but antique and vintage items require realistic expectations due to their age, materials, and fragility.

Ridiculous & thoughtless packaging! Box had inadequate packaging & cushion. Fragile porcelain items were not properly bubble wrapped. Only wrapped in kraft paper & TONS of masking tape!?!??? Masking tape was DIRECTLY on the items causing all the gold trim to rip off with tape. These are vintage items & it makes me sick that there are damaged beyond repair. Not only are they unsellable to my clients, a piece from history is lost. I also see at least 2 items on their page that are misidentified.
