I experienced issues with this order from start to finish. Items were shipped incorrectly, some were missing, and several plates had quality defects (stains, uneven gold detailing), reflecting poor product quality. Resolving this required significant effort, including locating a missing box. The return process was complicated, with incomplete and conflicting instructions, and repeated back-and-forth despite requesting a refund only. As a wholesale buyer, this experience did not meet expectations

After we provided both the buyer and Faire with photo documentation taken prior to shipment showing exactly what was packed and sent, the buyer then stated that the allegedly missing items were “found.” Faire reviewed the evidence and ruled in our favor. They look very cute, but unfortunatley quality for me is number 1. These plates have stains in the back, like water mark satins that don't go away, almost on all of them. I like to do quality check for each item I recieve, because I promise the best quality to my customers.
