The mine is family-owned and working condition are very good for the miners and polishing staff involved in producing these powerful crystal bowls. I know it's no guarantees when ordering online...it is unfortunate that we received our products today and found one of the bowls was damaged. Other than that Designs by Deekay has always done an amazing job of getting products to me in a timely manner.
