Adding a custom message does not grant the Retailer any ownership, license, or rights to Candier® designs, branding, artwork, or trademarks. 𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦 𝐌𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐚𝐠𝐞 The Retailer may provide a short custom message to be printed on the designated area of Candier’s standard candle label. Retailer represents and warrants that the custom message does not infringe on any third-party rights, contain offensive or unlawful content, or violate applicable laws. 𝐔𝐬𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐚𝐛𝐞𝐥 Candier retains full ownership and control of the label design, layout, fonts, and brand elements. Retailer’s rights are limited solely to resale of the finished Candier® products they have purchased. 𝐍𝐨 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐝 Retailer acknowledges that by ordering candles with a custom message, they do not obtain any ownership, copyright, or intellectual property rights in Candier® designs, labels, or packaging. 𝐓𝐞𝐫𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 Candier reserves the right to refuse or cancel custom message requests at its sole discretion.
