We believe these are the best artisanal cocktail cherries and syrup on the market. It is the only organic cherry that is slow cooked to give just the right bite & structure to hold up in a drink, and it is deeply steeped in flavor. We have worked for years on this cocktail cherry steeped in a cardamom bourbon syrup. We are using organic sour cherries steeped in syrup made from Colorado produced heritage 4-grained Bourbon, organic Guatemalan Cardamom and fair trade Madagascar grown vanilla, resulting in nothing short of cocktail perfection. Rich, tart, sweet, aromatic and a perfect blend of fruit and spices from top tier growing regions of the world. Red Camper's Chile Bourbon cherries are unmatched. It's so difficult to find such nuanced flavors like this wherein we swear you can actually taste each specific chile's profile without being blasted by burn. The heat is there but it's part of the flavor experience rather than being overpowering. Hands down our best selling cherry we stock. (Sorry Luxardo!) Camper's jams are also amazing. Don't get me started on the Absinthe Orange Marmalade!
