Description
A keepsake birthday card for someone born in September that features botanical illustrations of the birth month flowers, morning glory and asters, illustrated with watercolor and ink pen. The inside is blank for you to write your own special message. Also noted on the front are the birth stone, birth flowers, and some personality characteristics. In the Language of Flowers, or Floriography, morning glory flowers mean coquetry and eternal love. Asters mean patience and elegance. If you're not familiar with the Language of Flowers, it was a way of communication through flowers. In the Victorian era some things just weren't said so they used combinations of plants in bouquets to convey messages. The greeting card measures 5 x 7. It is printed on heavy card stock and comes with an A7 white envelope.
