I will start by saying that the products are nice quality and well made. I had originally chosen this shop because of the shipping timeline. Once the order was accepted, the shipping went from 2 weeks to 5 weeks. I went to cancel my order and never heard anything for a week. Finally responded that she could mail them out sooner. The response time in between messages was WAY too long. That was my only issue as the products are nicely made.
