About Ashley's Macrame
Hey all! I'm Ashley, and I've always admired the art of Macrame, but for some reason I viewed it as something I wouldn't be able to do myself. Prior to picking up the art & to opening my Etsy shop, I was a Graphic Designer working in the Travel Industry...and then the global pandemic hit, and unfortunately, I was laid off from my dream job. On the bright side, I was given the time to give Macrame a try for myself and quickly fell in love with it. While I love Graphic Design, it feels amazing to have found another outlet to express my creativity through. I quickly began to create too many pieces to keep hanging around my house, and I figured it was time to give selling a go. Since then, I've had the pleasure of watching my new found hobby evolve into a business — and with that, I sincerely appreciate you being here.
