The sweeping handwritten words, lifted from an antique postcard, carry the intimacy of ink pressed into paper, the kind of message meant for one person and never forgotten. It’s love spoken plainly, but with flourish, warmth, and a little drama, exactly as it should be. Handcrafted in our New York City studio using the traditional French art of decoupage, this bent-glass tray is made one at a time, layering vintage script beneath glass and firing it into permanence. The surface glows softly, revealing subtle variations that give each piece depth and soul. Every tray is individually signed by Ben, a mark of his enduring affection for the charming, the sentimental, and the beautifully imperfect. Designed to live gracefully in the everyday, the tray is food safe, wipe clean, and finished with a felted back. It rests beautifully on a tabletop, stands elegantly on a gallery easel, or hangs with a plate hanger as a quiet but powerful declaration.
