I placed my first order with Karomni Co and was so excited to received the items - Kalpana went above and beyond and caught that I missed ordering a tester with one of the roll-ons and was quick to message me to see if that was correct or if I wanted a tester. When I told her I did want a tester she so kindly added one to the order and made invoicing for it super simple. I would have been so bummed if I didn't get this - thank you for going above and beyond!!
