We are proud to share our very own blend of maple sugar and oatmeal pancake mix. Our recipe is an old time recipe dating back to the 1800s. It is a thicker, heartier pancake - almost like a muffin consistency. Some prefer not to even use syrup on it. It continues to be a favorite of many of our customers and is sure to be a favorite of yours.
