Quickly cut 9 even 0.5-inch thicknesses that look great and cook evenly. Add sliced or cubed luncheon meat to scrambled eggs, hash, scalloped potatoes, kabobs, baked beans, potato salad, mac and cheese, fried rice, stir fry, ramen, egg rolls, sushi, tacos, enchiladas, frittatas, and delicious ham salad sandwiches, grilled cheese, paninis, Benedict, Reuben, and more. It works equally well for slicing hard-boiled eggs, mushrooms, strawberries, and other softer fruit.
