Cute But Anxious Sticker
As a small business and selling my handmade products myself, I understand how crucial it is to be in good communication with your customers as they are important in keeping your small business going. This was the 4th or 5th order where it once again was super delayed and almost took a month and after questioning on my order. They stopped responding to any of my questions, but, made it seem it was shipped when it wasn’t. I had to contact Faire. There were no apologies. I just expected better.
