Just because you've been a Master Vinaigrier in Orléans since 1797 doesn't mean you shouldn't explore new territories. Building on our know-how, we wanted to develop a 100% French ketchup that gives pride of place to tomatoes and our white wine vinegar made in oak barrels. This vinegar comes from a selection of the best French grape varieties. Thanks to its slow fermentation of 3 weeks in oak barrels and its aging for nine years in our cellars, it offers this unique taste, the heritage of centuries-old know-how.
