Guccione Medium Fruity oil is obtained from the processing of olives predominantly of the Nocellara cultivar, which give rise to an oil with a strong personality and a medium fruity flavor with pronounced green and vegetal notes typical of Sicilian oils. The olives are hand-picked in mid-October and milled immediately after harvesting in our mill, following a careful process that aims to emphasize the full potential of the variety.
